Welcome to Spring Men's Draft League Session 2: Monday nights, April 13 - May 18, 7-9pm at Woodward Career Technical High School​​​​​​.

This is the first league of its type! In the past, we've hosted a team-based men's league, but we are launching this new league in response to overwhelming interest in a more competitive, draft-style league for MMPs only. 

League Details: 

• Draft-style league, with 4 teams. There will be a group of selected captains working to draft and create equalized teams. 
• This league is designed for players with intermediate and higher skill levels. This includes those who have participated in the College, Club, Master's, Grandmaster's, and Great Grand Master's levels. 
• Members from Queen City Gambit, Steamboat, and Endgame will be participating in the league to share tryout opportunities and to give players feedback, if wanted. 
• We will cap this league at 60 players, and we will plan to allow more men-matching players to register than there are roster spots for MMPs, and not everyone may be drafted. Registering for this league does not guarantee that you have a spot in this league. If players are not drafted, they will be notified immediately after the draft is completed, and a refund will be issued. 
• Players need to be at least 18 by January 1, 2026. Exceptions may be made if a parent/caregiver gives express permission or plans to be in regular attendance. 
• Baggage (playing with the requested player) will not be honored due to the draft-style nature of this league. 
• Subs will be accepted as needed, with a $10 sub fee. Players interested in subbing can contact Ian, the league director, to check on sub needs for each night. 

Format

• There will be two games for each team, 7-8 PM and 8-9 PM.
• The league will be 6 weekly sessions with 4 teams, playing 7v7 ultimate. 
• You will receive your team assignment and final schedule AFTER registration, usually a few days before the start of the league.
• The final week is a tournament with a pizza party following as part of your registration fee. 

We are offering three price options for anyone who needs financial assistance: lower fee, default fee, and higher fee. Feel free to use which payment works best for you. If the payment is still a concern, please reach out to Liz Anderson, Director of Operations (landerson@cincinnatiultimate.org) with requests for consideration.
