Cincinnati Ultimate Players Association (CUPA) Men's Team Spring League 2012
CUPA is proud to present the 2012 Men's Team Spring League. Registration info is below and all players need to register. For those not on UC, Age, or Steamboat, see the “Cincy League Players” section for registration. This will be held at the same time and location as CUPA’s 3rd Annual Women’s Clinic.

Teams
There will be six teams in the league, with three college/club teams and three Cincy League teams as noted below:

UC, Age, and Steamboat Players:
For registration, select your team from the dropdown menu. Provide your captain with a correctly filled out waiver form or bring on the first night, unless you already have a 2012 wavier on file. Your payment will be covered by your team so see your captain for individual payment details.
Cincy League Players:
For registration, select the “Cincy League Players (will be 3 teams)” option from the team dropdown menu and you will be evenly placed on the black, orange, or green team prior to the first night. You will receive an email with your team color, list of teammates, as well as a reminder to bring $30 (cash/check to CUPA) and a correctly filled out waiver form on the first night (show up early). If you already have a 2012 CUPA waiver on file, no need to bring another one.
Cost Per Team for UC, Steamboat, and AGE
- $300 – checks made payable to CUPA

Captains - please meet the League Director at 7:15pm on the first night (4/26) for a one-time Captain’s meeting
- Bring all 2012 team member waivers filled out correctly (name clearly printed at top and signed at bottom), unless an individual already filled out a waiver in 2012
- Bring team payment
Cost Per Player on Cincy League Teams
- $30 – Individual registration is good for the entire six weeks and your payment/waiver is due on or before Thursday, April 26th. Checks made payable to CUPA or cash will be accepted. You will be placed on one of the Cincy League Teams.

- If possible, please inform your teammates to bring their payment and correctly-filled out waivers to the League Director (or they can give them to you if properly distinguished)
League Sub Policy
- If you would just like to sub one or multiple nights, bring $5 each night, a completed waiver, and sign-in on the sub sheet as soon as you arrive.
- Spots will be allocated in the order listed on the sheet, dependent on team need and/or request.
- Subs are not allowed during the last night of play, Thursday, May 31.
