Spring 2012 JUNIOR ULTIMATE LEAGUE

When: Fridays, March 30-June 1 (no games 4/6),  4:00-5:30 p.m.
Where: Sem Villa Fields.  See Map Below. 225 Cleveland Ave., Milford, OH 45150.

Who: Children ages 8-13 (must be eight years old by 4/1/12; must turn fourteen after 6/1/12)
What: This will be our fourteenth season of Junior Ultimate.  Each team will be coached by an experienced high school player. Each week will have two parts: the first part will consist of 30-45 minutes of practice, drills, and conditioning, and the second part will consist of teams playing games against one another. We will have a tournament on our final day.

Ages 8-9:   We will have separate teams for 8- and 9-year olds.  The teams will be mixed (boys and girls).  The 8/9 teams will only play each other for the entire season.  Their coaches will be playing on the field during the games, to help the younger children learn rules, strategies, and techniques. 

Ages 10-13:  Separate boys’ and girls’ teams

Cost:  $15 per player.  Cost covers shirts for each player, shirts for coaches, and year-end gifts for coaches.  Thanks to insurance coverage by CUPA (Cincinnati Ultimate Players Association), we are able to keep the cost low. 

To Register:

Return the following information by Thursday, March 8. 
1. Completed Junior Ultimate Registration Form.
2. Checks payable to “Dan Teller”: $15.00 per player.
3. CUPA Waiver and Release of Liability Form (with parent signature)
4. Medical Authorization Form
 

Do not pay the $20.00 fee to CUPA indicated on the Waiver form. Pay only $15.00 per player, with checks payable to “Dan Teller.”

ALL REGISTRATION MATERIALS MUST BE MAILED BY March 8 TO THE ADDRESS BELOW. Late registrants will not receive a team shirt.
